Common causes

Email not verified Check your spam folder for the verification email. Click the link to verify.

Wrong auth method If you signed up with Google, use "Sign in with Google" — not email/password.

Password forgotten Tap "Forgot password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.

Account locked After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again.

Browser cache Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
