Payment failed but money debited

Do not panic Payment processing can take 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.

Ozow / Instant EFT Usually instant. If payment shows as debited but your account has not upgraded, wait 30 minutes then contact support.

PayFast / Card Card payments may take up to 24 hours to process. Check your email for a PayFast confirmation.

Bank transfer / EFT Manual EFT takes 1-2 business days. Once the payment reflects in our account, an admin will manually activate your subscription.

What to do 1. Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation 2. Contact support with your email and payment reference 3. We will verify and activate your account within 24 hours
