EA not loading / license error
Hardware fingerprint changed The EA license is tied to your hardware. If you changed computers or VPS, the fingerprint needs to be updated.
Steps to fix 1. Close MT5 completely 2. Delete the EA from the chart 3. Re-download the latest EA from your dashboard 4. Drag it onto a chart 5. Enter your license key
Key rotation If your key is expired, request a new one from your dashboard or contact support.
VPS recommendation For 24/7 EA operation, use a VPS located near your broker server. Contabo and ForexVPS are popular options.
